FAQ
Does unused daily quota carry over?
No. Subscription quota is use-it-or-lose-it each day. Credits bought as packs, however, never expire.
How are credits charged?
By the size of each AI request's context: under 2,000 chars costs 3, 2,000–8,000 costs 5, over 8,000 costs 10. Failed generations refund the credits.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Creem and support major credit cards. Credits land in your account instantly after purchase.
Are refunds available?
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next cycle to stop renewal.
